The Aftermath of The Wildfire In 2020
For the fist time since the worst wildfire in 2020, Oregon, we visited that area to stay in Breitenbush Hot Springs Resort.
All familiar forest were gone. We felt as if we were visiting somewhere we have never been to. 04-25-2022
2020年9月に大規模な山火事が燃え拡がった地域を、山火事後、初めて訪れました
何度も訪れて見慣れた光景はなく、まるで知らない場所に来たみたい
道の両側の木々が燃え上がる光景を想像しただけで、恐ろしくなりました
Sharing My Pillow
Every night, I share my pillow with Honu to sleep.
Touching his soft fur and feeling his warmess are better than sleeping pills.

Persian Buttercup
Persian buttercup (Ranunculus) is one of my favorite flowers.
Sadly, its thin stem teends to give way to weight of flowers with so many petals.
When that happens, I cut it and put it into a smaller vase to appreciate its beauty.
